PRIVACY POLICY

-Arrival: Please arrive 5 min prior to your massage appointment, this ensures that we will start on time and go to the full-time allotment. This also allows time to fill out new client paperwork. If arriving late, your time may be cut short due to being on a schedule. 

 

All new clients are required to complete a health history intake form, as well as other forms prior to the service being provided. Should you have questions about the intake form or other forms needed, we encourage you to ask. 

 

Orenda Massage and Wellness LLC, does not tolerate inappropriate behavior of any sort and will be taken seriously. If any, A Therapist has the right to terminate the session at any time, if they feel there is any misconduct or inappropriate behavior and the client will be charged. Proper authorities will be notified if necessary.

Orenda Massage and Wellness LLC, does not diagnose illness, disease, or any other physical or mental disorder,  and does not replace medical care. The client must update all medical information and health forms when needed or change occurs.

- Cancellation: Cancellations must be done 10 hrs prior to the appointment, if canceling sooner, there is a 50% charge for the time missed.
 

- No show: if you as the client do not show up for your appointment without canceling or rescheduling you will be responsible for the full amount of service
